How to be a good tenant

1. Good credit., income, stability, and good rental history works!
2. Read your lease! A lease is a binding legal document between you and your landlord. If you do not understand some terms, please ask questions before you sign it.
3. If you do not know if something is allowed, ask questions.
4. Put it in writing. If you have a non-emergency request, or maintenance request, write a note and have it submitted for the landlord to view and approve.
5. Respect your home, keep your home clean and in sanitary condition. If you have pets, pick up after them (inside and outside)
6. Pay your rent on time. Your lease has a grace period though the 5th of the month. If you have questions or life changing events, reach out to us for assistance and possible extensions.
