The tenants report that business is great at the new shopping plaza. The Flagler Asian Market that sells a variety of Japanese, Thai and Filipino products moved to City Walk from Bunnell. "Our Business has doubled. We moved because of customer demand. We are now closer to everybody and closer to all the shopping," says Sophanny Kes, owner of the Flagler Asian Market. Panache Shoes & Accessories Boutique opened at City Walk three month ago. "Business is wonderful," says Panache Owner Jodi Lass. "It's a beautiful shopping plaza with retail stores and restaurants. We decided to open here because it's going to be a destination for Palm Coast." Almost 30 Businesses, ranging from a home furnishing store to an orthodontist, have moved into City Walk since it was completed last summer. Palm Coast's city hall occupies 21,000-square feet of the 158,000-square feet center. Several restaurants including Dominic's Deli & Eatery, El Potosi Mexican restaurant, Life Thyme Cafe, Venuto's Old World Pizza and Chill Factor Ice Cream are fast becoming favorites for locals. Fred Astaire Dance Studio, Spa Floridian and Hollingsworth Gallery are a few specially businesses that are drawing a crowd at City Walk. Other businesses include a health food store, a pool store and an insurance agency. “There are many others talking to us, " says Interstate Holdings developer Bhagwan Asnani. The City Walk Commercial Condominium Association Inc. has appointed Alina Pekarsky of Virtual Homes Realty as the property manager.
